Sunday 22 September
We took the 9.52 am train from Hornsby station.
For the first time we are using our senior $2.50 ticket.
And I think it will be the last time.
It took AGES to go to Newcastle by train.
The only plus was Claude could relax.
Newcastle
view from the restaurant
Me at the Bellini's restaurant and bar.
After lunch we walk to the Newcastle museum
on our way to the conservatorium of music.
We went to see Rosalind Halton play the harpsichord
and listen to the soprano Anna Sandstrom.
We had an enchanting afternoon.
Took the train back. It was dark when we
arrived in Hornsby.
