Brewery visit

Monday 14 October

My mum's birthday
(Joyeux Anniversaire maman)

With some member of the National Senior
We went to visit The 4 Pines brewery in Manly.

our pretty guide
She was very well inform.
It was very interesting

All the different stuff they put in their beer

Fred was a happy man

You can buy a testing sample.
As you can see the glass were quite big
Usually they put the 5 different beer
in one of those tray, but as we were a big group
and she was explaining about the beer
we all tried the same beer at the same time
By the third beer we thought that we had
better have lunch before going to 4 and 5

I had the ploughman plate, yummy

We tried: Hefe weizen 5.2% alchool
Kolsh 4.7%
Pale Ale 5.1%
Extra Special Bitter 5.4%
Stout 5.1%

Very strange but after, we did not feel bad at all.
Claude and I went for a walk along the seashore
and by the time we arrived at our car Claude
felt OK to drive.
