Queensland Holidays 2011: Day twenty

Tuesday 5 July

Day nineteen

Noosa - Coffs Harbour

In Noosaville there is a LOT of round about
We could not find the coastal road.

At last Mooloolaba
We stopped for a walk around (more memories)
and we had a very nice coffee at Jamaica blue.
They gave their customers a glossy magazine.
Inside is an article about Manu Feildel.
He gave the recipe of his mother upside down
caramelised apple tart. Claude is waiting for
me to make it....

 Surfer Paradise
We stopped at the main beach to sunbathe
and have our picnic.

We had a lot of delays with work roads and
traffic jam. There was an accident past
Coolangatta, we lost half an hour just sitting there.
The road to Ballina was closed and we heard a lot of sirens.
So with all the delays we again were very late
to find a motel. We got in Formule 1.
Boy! it is sooooooooo tiny you can't swing a cat.

Again we went to a Thai restaurant: Gai Thai
Yum Yum, I think we discovered that we
both like Thai food.
We ordered something different from
the last time and enjoyed it too.
