Wold family pic nic day

Today at the Armory was the Parkland foundation
2nd world family pic nic day.
Like last year it was not well advertised,
But there were more people, still they had a lot of spare
freebees left.
Claude was his obnoxious self again but I managed
to get a free hat (which he wore as it was sooo hot)
a free environmental bag and a Frisbee for Mykaela.
so not bad considering he did not want me to get a bag soooo
I refused to get his coffee and we compromised.
1st photo is of an emu and a cow!!!!
Africans singing gospel, very nice

Cook Island dancer.

Flamenco

between each act, they had game and races for the kids.
The winner of the hula hoop contest won $169
of kids party stuff
they had sac races (for parents too)
3 legged races
egg and spoon race for that one the winner got $290
to go to a theme party venue for 10 children.
ext. fun to watch and encouraged.
Drum beat
Must be a kid show
the kids came on stage to play drum, dance
the got free CD
Hapkido
martial art

next generation
we left after a while
Claude was getting a head ache!!!!!!
We then went to check the new cafe
the old one burnt down last year.
A bit pricey.
As it was a hot day kids were running
in and out of the fountain
I wish I could do it too
Good day
