Are we the only one with this problem: Having tradespeople not turning up?
The flush button was hard to press.
Claude took it apart to fix it. (yep)
Then it did not work at all. ( bet you saw that one coming)
So Claude took the part out and went to Bunnings to get the whole new part.
Then he did not have the proper tools.
So he rang for a plumber:
_they were going to get back to him
_or gave an exhorbitant quote over the phone.
_ or were not interested in such a small job.
Neil, the guy doing our kitchen renovations gave us the number of the plumber he used when needed with installation of kitchen and bathroom.
This one was suppose to ring that same evening to tell us when he was coming.
He never came. He never rang. Claude left 3 messages and then rang a guy from the yellow pages.
He came the next morning befor going to another big job. It took him few minutes to put it toguether again.
To be faire with Claude he said that even with the right tools Claude might not have been able to fix it as one part was glued and he had to cut a bit of pipe to be able to fix it.
Voila!
