This morning Claude ask me:

" are you going to aqua or on a pic nic?"

Not hard to guess what HE wanted to do.

So I packed up a picnic and off we went.

We decided to go to Burning Palm.

It used to be a favourite when the children

were younger.

It has changed a lot it is all overgrown,

Hard to recognise it.

 After our walk and picnic we drove to 

Garie Beach. It has changed too

Shane's birthday celebrations

Sunday 24 July

cheese fondue by the fire.

When he was growing up, Shane would

often ask for that for his birthday diner,

or Lasagne.

And his special biscoten torte for desert.

                                                  After dinner I played with Amelia.
                                                         She makes her own rules

Iceberg Club Bondi

Friday 22 July

Today is Shane's birthday but

I am making a cheese fondue by the fire

on Sunday

Today Claude and I drove to Clovelly

where we parked the car and walked

to Bondi by the coastal walk.

WE stopped for lunch at the beautiful

Iceberg club

Queenscliff Bridge

Monday 11 July

With the walking group we are walking from the 

Queenscliff bridge to Shelley beach

and then on to the

Manly16ft sailing club.

Lemonade stand

Saturday 9 July

The 2 little boys next door and

their friends had a lemonade stand.

I bought muffins, lemonade and banana cake.

Long Reef

First week of July

We went for a long walk along 

the beach at Long Reef.

Gangshow

Saturday2 July

Shane gave Claude 2 tickets for the

Gangshow. Mykaela has a few skit in it.

But we were not allowed to take photos.

At the end of the show, a few people

were presented with some scouting

awards, Shane was one of them.
