Around the lake

Sunday 4 November

I packed up a picnic and we went for a
walk around (nearly around)
Narrabeen Lake.

We started at the new refurbished park
and walk to the sailing club,
where we had our lunch

on our way back, we stopped at the Boatshed cafe
for a coffee. And we watched the people, quite
entertaining.
view from our table
a bit further we saw a duck with only 1 duckling.
I took these photos for Summer, Pam 4 years old
grand daughter who love duck.

Furthest point we walk to.
They have not completed the loop yet.
They have to build a bridge across to the sport
academy. It should be finished by 2015.

School fete

Saturday 3 November

Again we were up very early.
Joshua cry very early but I did not
go to him and he slept again.

Mykaela's school is having a fete.
Jo is one of the organiser.
Shane, Claude and Paul are some
of the helpers

Joshua enjoying the activities

Maddie is in a band
Amelia and her little friend from Kindy
are butterflies.
Amelia does not like the feeling of the paint
on her face.
 Joshua love the lambs
Claude and Shane selling rides tickets
one of the teacher being dunked

Amelia is VERY BUSY

Friday2 November

Awake at 5am.
We were then 4 in a bed, but not for long
as both children were ready to start their day.
 both children love that horse.
we moved Joshua a bit forwards and then he
could have 1 foot on the bar and rock himself.
Claude must a done a wrong move.
he suddenly had a backache.
Amelia told him to lie down.
and she covered his bottom with a scarf
and proceed to make him better.
We were so amazed, our very own doctor
Doctor Amelia Kay Andre.
(sound even good)

Fixing grand dad's hairs
it took a lot of concentration.
 oh so pretty!!!!!!
 meanwhile, Joshua was having
a photo session.
 wearing his daddy's pants
I did a photo of Amelia with the same outfit.
 Morning tea at Gloria Jean

New tea set....
well this tea set was for Joshua as she is always
complaining that he take cups and plates away
from her game.
But she conned him out of it and gave him the
old tea set.

The tea pot has 4 or 5 different lids
and they all play a tunes, or make noises.

 the little mother.
one baby in bed

and the other in the pram.

Joshua was funny...he try to sit in the pram
and it kept on moving away from him
and he was quite aggro, then I found him
in the cot....

9. am weekly shopping
10. 30 am Home to bring the shopping
11am gym for a stretch class
12 aerobic class
1.35pm home for lunch
Around 3-3.15pm phone call from Shane
IN CHINA!!!!!
He rang to let us know that Jo was sick
and if I could go and collect the kids.
I left straight away, in my dirty gym clothes.
At that time of the day with so many school
zones and 40km/h it took me more than 1hour
and the same coming back home.
The kids were great.

 Happy little man

Grandparent morning visit

Wednesday 31 October
Mykaela' school is having a dress rehearsal for
their concert. Only 2 tickets per family.
So the director being a new grand mother
thought of the idea of inviting the grandparent
to the dress rehearsal, followed by a morning tea
and a look in the classrooms.

 stage ready
on the left Maddie, she is Mykaela friend.
I could not take a photo of Mykaela she
was too far on the other side and too
many heads in the way.
Bob, Mykaela paternal grand father, Ada Jo's grand mother
Jeanette Jo's stepmother and her dad

and me. So Mykaela had a lot of people to applaud her.
We had a lovely morning and some nice teachers and the director
came to talk to us.
