Noosa wilderness cruise

Tuesday 5 August

After lunch we made our way to the cruise departure point.
We have a nice sunny day.
The cruise is full.

Making our way to the Everglades we
passed some houseboats

and a house which has 2 huge mangoes trees
growing through it.

Nearing the Everglades the water was
chocolate brown.

very calm and serene

We passed by pelicans and a jabiru with
its long red legs

the reflexions in the water was excellent

We land at the pic nic spot for afternoon tea
and were greeted with big goannas.

We went to look at Harry's hut, an historical site

afternoon tea being prepared.
But nobody had tea or coffee, we all opted for
champagne.
The scones, friands, muffins were delicious too.

Claude soaking up the sun.

end of Noosa stay, the holidays continued
on our way back to Sydney.
