Gold Coast holiday: day 3
Sunday 3 June
Claude contemplating the weather.
We woke up to grey sky but no sound of rain.
Views from the landing of the lift to go to the garages
the landing on our floor in front of the lift.
The lift. It has a red leather seat.....
We put on our raincoats and we are going to
TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN
very wet and muddy.
the roots of this tree made a bath.
Curtis falls
Claude and I in front of the falls
We came back to the little village for lunch.
After we walk around the shops, this is the clocks shops.
The sun was shinning.
We went to Beacon look out, the valley was still
in the mist, it was moving quickly across it.
Cameron look out, a bit clearer
Cameron falls
We had a great time exploring.
We were damp as our raincoats have
lost their good waterproof.
We were extremely muddy, mud splashes
up to our knees.
But the worst was when we went
for our showers...leeches, yucky.
