Ploughman lunch

Sunday 15 August
Few Weeks ago we were going to St Albans for
lunch, but the road to the Hawkesbury
was closed for repairs.
We took the ferry across the river to St Albans

inside the old pub

we shared a ploughman lunch with
a glass of wine and a coffee

The old pub:
the Settlers Arms Inn
built in 1836.
they serve nice food and has 4 rooms to let too.
the front veranda.
At the end was a group playing some music

at the back, we took Mykaela here one time
when Shane and Jo were away.
She loved climbing that old tree.
in the garden
a bit cool but very in demand in the summer.

on our way back we stopped at the
"Hawkins picnic and look out"
we could see the ferry we took to go there.
we took the other ferry at Wiseman ferry,
to come back
