The new coastal walkway at Waverley

Few months ago this walkway was under construction.

We were very surprise to see it finished so soon.

It is 515m long
20 000 nuts, bolts and screws

Few seats are provided with a stunning view.

It should be a great place for whales watching.

Or the Sydney to Hobart yacht race.

The walkway goes right to the cliff edge.

We use to have to walk inside along the fences

of the Waverley Cemetery.

The Waverley Council did a great job.

It look superb.

Lots of people were using it.

The walkway cost $2.52 millions
