Not far from our place there is a bit of country road and in one of them we have the "lizard rock". It is just in a curve of the road and is very impressive when you come upon it.
Berowra Waters: we found a lovely rock with cascade to have our picnic.
The view was lovely too. Very peaceful. It was on Friday. I am not so sure it will be peaceful at the week end
The ferry to cross Cowan creek. We took it later to go to the marina.

The marina. Lots of people were enjoying the sun shine. There is an electric BBQ and lots of tables, benches near the water and a big grass area but no playground
The marina. You can rent boat or go on cruises. We are thinking of renting a kayak
